Making art is not really difficult. Listen to your gut, your feelings, and senses. Let's make art again sometime. And ENJOY.
有時候, 做藝術不用那麼複雜, 簡單一點就可以。用你的心去感受, 享受在當中。
Art makes me humble and I learn to be patient when my art doesn't communicate effectively and no one is interested in it.
Art teaches me perseverance and affirms me how much I love art when I have to stay up all night working on my art.
Art shows me how to appreciate and respect others when I am surrounded by tons of talented artists and cannot do the arts others are doing.
Art inspires me to be transparent and honest to myself so that my artwork will be authentic enough to grab my audience's attention.
Art makes me vulnerable and accept the fact that I am not perfect when I receive harsh criticisms on my art.
Art helps me to grow into an artist with self-control when I feel inferior to others and want to be proud of my art talent.
Art reminds me that mistakes are only normal and encourages me to listen with empathy and understanding.
Art proves how much my family love me when I receive respect, encouragement and support from them.
Art relieves me when i am stressful. (This is very important ! )
Art teaches me the Art of Failure.
I can be myself and find out more of who I am inside through art.
The passion I have for art gives me COURAGE to overcome my fears and face the past.
藝術令我謙卑和學會耐心等候當別人對我的作品沒興趣。
藝術教我堅持不懈和讓我發現我有多喜歡藝術當我要通宵做我的藝術。
藝術讓我懂得欣賞和尊重別人當我身邊都是滿有才華的藝術家而我做不到他們做的藝術。

Clouds in Sydney, Australia.
Starting off with CLOUDS. I love watching clouds. Clouds are sooooo beautiful. I wish I could have my graphite pencils with me and draw the clouds a bit. I like the size and shape of clouds.
I am originally from Hong Kong. There're lots of tall buildings in HK and I live on the top floor of my apartment building. Sometimes I felt like the sky was close to me and it was always grey blue. When I studied art history and read the Western paintings, I loved how gorgeous the clouds were but felt like it's too fake because I had never seen any clouds like that. I appreciated the artists' good imagination.
I will never forget the day my parents sent me to the States for school. When I arrived at San Francisco, got out of the airport and looked up at the sky, I was stunned. I realized the sky and the clouds on the Western paintings were real. From that moment on, I fell in love with clouds and I called it American clouds. Clouds will be one of the things I miss the most about America.

我喜歡看雲。雲真的很漂亮。如果現在我有畫筆在我手就好了。我喜歡雲的形狀和大小。
我在香港出生，香港有很多高樓大廈而我住在高層。有時候我覺得灰藍的天空跟我很近。我念藝術歷史時看到西洋畫時，我很喜歡畫中雲的華麗但嫌它太假啦因為我從來也未看過雲是這樣子的。我很欣賞畫家的想像力。
我永遠也不會忘記那天爸媽送我出國念書。當我到達三藩市，離開機場，我抬頭一望，我發呆了， 我發現西洋畫中的雲跟天空是真的。從那時開始，我就愛上了雲。我叫它作「美國雲」。我想念美國的雲。
